FTCCI’s workshop on rooftop gardening

Against the backdrop of the harmful impact of the indiscriminate use of fertilisers and pesticides in growing vegetables, the Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) organised a Workshop on Rooftop Kitchen Gardening on Saturday morning at its premises in Red Hill in the city.

The primary objective of the workshop was to raise awareness about the significance of cultivating one’s food organically and to provide a platform to help enthusiasts grasp the fundamentals of rooftop kitchen gardening.

Ravi Kumar, Vice President of FTCCI, said that rooftop kitchen gardening reduces urban heat, pollution and contributes to the clean air.
